High-dispersion distribution tray
The reactor high-dispersion distribution tray ensures uniform flow distribution across the entire reactor-shell cross-section and catalyst bed. The main tray elements are distribution nozzles with various baffle plates, perforations and stiffening ribs. The design and number of nozzles are calculated to ensure stable operation over the entire flow-rate range and eliminate non-uniformity across the reactor cross-section.
